On behalf of Fort Detrick, I Bruce L. Beaver would like to thank Outside the Box & RM Thornton for their exemplary performance in completing the Fort Detrick Building 1673 Cooling Towers Replacement Project, Contract Number: W81XWH-14-C-0129. Outside the Box and RM Thornton’s professionalism, craftsmanship, attention to detail and unwavering dedication to duty is to be admired by all. During the course of this project the two mentioned companies adapted and overcame many obstacles at no additional cost request to the Federal Government. When they found problems they only saw solutions. Outside the Box and RM Thornton’s field expertise and Project Managers / Foremen’s as well as field personnel’s technical know-how is unmatched and paralleled by none. I would especially like to thank Pat – Joseph Newman Tommy Wallace, Candice Somerville and Mat Mehlman for a job well done. It was their management of the project I feel that made this project such a success. The organization and phasing of this project was impeccable. Again Kudos to all, Bravo Zulu on a flawlessly executed contract action.
